Asset Based Commercial Lending

  • For individuals and companies who do not demonstrate a defined profit through operating activities and thus do not fit within the standard commercial facility

  • Vacant land acceptable

Specialised Commercial Security Lending

  • Re-finance or purchase of specialised securities: examples include freehold caravan parks, newsagencies, freehold motels/ hotels/ pubs/ licensed clubs, fitness/ recreation centres, pharmacies, etc
  • Operators must have 4-5 years experience in the industry
